Ventra is the electronic fare payment system for public transportation in Chicago. It had a rough start with technical issues and upset riders. To change perceptions, they wanted a rebrand campaign to promote the new card and mobile app as a convenient way to pay for transit. Instead of getting into the weeds about technology, we used simple line art to show how people can seamlessly get to their favorite places in the city.
