The Proximity Initiative is an internal program at Cisco to make the company more connected and inclusive. It brings leaders and employees together for one-on-one conversations. They asked us to create a video promoting the program, using employees and leaders who have taken part in it. We combined their personal stories into one illustrated narrative to show how meaningful conversations can bring people closer together.
